This information is for properties that permit pets. This does NOT apply to all of our properties and there are a number of properties that do NOT allow pets, with the exception of assistance animals. Please contact the office with any questions.
IN GENERAL
The most animals allowed in a residence that allows both dogs and cats are one of each.
Applicants must fill out our pet reference form.
Applicant must provide the required documentation without which the pet will most likely be denied.
Reptiles are permitted at all properties.
Other small or medium sized pets are not permitted in any properties.
CATS
Must have copy of documentation of vaccinations and spay/neuter in our files.
The cat may be indoor, however it must be house trained.
DOGS
If living in an apartment it must be 20 lbs or less. Houses may allow larger dogs.
Must be house trained.
We must be be notified upon move-in if "stranger friendly".
